In October 2011, Hudson Belgium hosted the annual Board Meeting. The twelve members from all over the world (US, Canada, UK, Australia, etc.) were received in Belgium for 3 to 7 days, with or without partner, and all were guided individually.
Alongside the meetings, a general hospitality programme was developed for the three-day event. For members who stayed longer, a personalised programme was compiled, as well as for the partners who did not attend the meetings.
